Interlude Wellness Group

Interlude Wellness is a psychotherapy and psychoanalysis practice serving adults in Downers Grove, Illinois, and throughout Illinois via telehealth. We work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other challenges, as well as those who simply want to better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their lives. Our approach is grounded in careful listening and curiosity about each person’s particular experience. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, therapy at Interlude Wellness creates space to talk openly, explore what may be difficult to put into words, and discover new ways of relating to yourself, others, and the problems that bring you to therapy.
